Here are examples of my experience leading an empowered team and providing comprehensive oversight for the production of print / ebooks and their companion websites across medical and allied health specialties for the boutique publisher SLACK Books. This involved collaborating with project editors, authors, art, IT, and freelancers; partnering with acquisitions and marketing; developing project plans and monitoring schedules; editing throughout lifecyle and final reviews; and managing / improving processes.
